Client liaison Officer

We are working on behalf of a leading construction business to recruit for a Client Liaison Officer to join their team on a permanent basis. Causeway Coast area.

Your new role as a Client Liaison Officer you will be responsible for keeping open communication throughout the duration of each project and providing customer support, advice and promote a positive customer experience.

Your new role as a Client Liaison Officer

  • Liasing with staff, contractors and all other stakeholders to deliver a high-quality service during works.
  • Arranging documentation for tenant engagement for all improvement works to be carried out including dates, timeframes, contractor details, the disturbance that is to be expected, the preparation required by the customer for the works to be completed.
  • Undertaking home visits to customer's homes to assist with the consultation process.
  • Working with the client and the project team on the programme for scheduled works to be carried out.
  • Ensuring all agreed documentation including drawings & designs are signed and recorded accurately.
  • Handling personal data in line with data protection regulations.
  • Ensuring all customer queries are responded to in a timely manner and that interactions are recorded.
  • General office duties including compiling information and maintaining accurate records.

What you'll need to succeed as a Client Liaison Officer:

  • 5 x GCSEs (Grades A-C to include Mathematics and English language),or equivalent.
  • 2 years' experience working in a Customer Service face to face role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Full clean driving licence
  • High levels of ICT skills and literacy across Microsoft Office.
