Construction/Contracts Administrator
Vickerstock are recruiting for a Construction/Contracts Administrator for a leading client based in Duncrue, Belfast permanent basis.
The Construction/Contracts Administrator, will be responsible for organising the team functions which will include: Setting up meetings, general administration and document control.
Your new role as a Construction/Contracts Administrator
- Assist with the control and distribution of information to the Contracts Team
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Create and maintain project documents
- Preparing documents for meetings
- Scheduling meetings and Diary management
- Acting as first point of contact for office enquiries
- Regularly updating spreadsheets
- Answering calls and taking messages
- Maintaining strong organisation and attention to detail
- Liaising with the various external servicers and third parties
What you'll need to succeed as a Construction/Contracts Administrator
- Excellent administration skills
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
- Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable
- Ability to work within a team
- Ability to work to deadlines and within time frames
- Detail orientated and precise with a logical approach to work
- Good verbal and written communication skills
