Construction/Contracts Administrator

Vickerstock are recruiting for a Construction/Contracts Administrator for a leading client based in Duncrue, Belfast permanent basis.

The Construction/Contracts Administrator, will be responsible for organising the team functions which will include: Setting up meetings, general administration and document control.

Your new role as a Construction/Contracts Administrator

  • Assist with the control and distribution of information to the Contracts Team
  • Maintaining accurate records.
  • Create and maintain project documents
  • Preparing documents for meetings
  • Scheduling meetings and Diary management
  • Acting as first point of contact for office enquiries
  • Regularly updating spreadsheets
  • Answering calls and taking messages
  • Maintaining strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Liaising with the various external servicers and third parties

What you'll need to succeed as a Construction/Contracts Administrator

  • Excellent administration skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Ability to work to deadlines and within time frames
  • Detail orientated and precise with a logical approach to work
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
