Your new role as Contracts Manager

Work on projects across Residential, Commercial and Hospitality sectors

Review Contract details, tender information and programmes.

Create programmes of works and schedules

Host kick-off and pre-construction mobilisation meetings with sub-contracts

Regularly visit sites and carry out inspections

Monitor quality and costs on live projects

What you'll need to be successful as Contracts Manager

Strong knowledge of JCT & D&B contracts

Previous background in Fit-Out and Construction

Confident negotiating

Previous experience with tender processes
