  • Process customer orders and monitor shipments, providing updates as needed
  • Liaise with warehouse and transport teams to ensure timely deliveries
  • Address customer complaints and escalate issues where necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, customer communications, and logistics data
  • Support with invoicing, shipping documentation, and general administrative tasks
  • Assist Sales and Finance teams with client hospitality and coordination

What We're Looking For:

  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work both independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to grow within the business

What's on Offer:

  • Competitive starting salary of €30,000 with room for progression

  • 20 days annual leave plus public holidays
  • Company pension scheme after 6-month probation period
  • Life assurance (4x annual salary)
