Vickerstock are working in partnership with a specialist fitout contractor on the appointment of an Estimator

Role: Estimator (Fit Out)

Duration: Permanent

Location: Newry & travel to sites in Ireland

Your new role as Estimator:

• Complete strong estimates of project costs
• Review potential tender opportunities
• Assist in completion of tenders
• Review drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with client on changes impacting costs.
• Create BoQs & take-offs
• Visit sites to understand scopes of work
• Work closely with QS, Procurement and PM teams.

What you'll need to be successful:

• 3 years experience as an Estimator
• Strong fit-out experience
• MRICS Status is beneficial
• Previous tender experience
• Degree or higher training in Engineering Architecture or Construction
• Strong understanding of regulations and standards
• Ability to travel to sites (full driver's licence)
• Full right to work in Ireland
