Customer Service Executive (Languages)

Vickerstock are proud to be working in partnership with one of Northern Ireland's market leading, clients to recruit an experienced Customer Service Executive to join their established team in Greater Belfast to provide excellent customer service. This is a permanent role.

It would be beneficial if another language was spoken ie: German, French or Spanish

Your new role as a Customer Service Executive

  • Respond to customer queries in a professional, courteous and timely manner
  • Ensure internal systems are maintained with accurate information at all times
  • Accurately generate customer reports and KPI's daily
  • Provide Order confirmations within a specific timeframe.
  • Plan and track orders and advise customer of problems.
  • Liaise with Customers regarding deliveries.

What you'll need to succeed as a Customer Service Executive

  • 1 years' minimum experience as a Customer Service representative
  • An additional language would be beneficial but not essential
  • Working closely with customers, understanding their requirements.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
