Customer Service Representative | Newtownards


Vickerstock are proud to be working in partnership with one of Northern Ireland's market leading, FMCG clients to recruit an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their established team in Newtownards.

Your new role as a Customer Service Representative:

  • Providing effective and high-quality support to customers.
  • Handling all calls
  • Taking of orders
  • Reservation of stock
  • Stock Management
  • Customer complaint handling
  • Processing financial transactions

What you'll need to succeed as a Customer Service Representative;

  • Educated to GCSE level Maths and English
  • Previous experience within a busy customer service environment
  • Previous experience of an ERP/CRM Sales ordering system
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office to include Excel
  • Demonstrate a team focused approach


  • Experience gained within a food manufacturing environment
  • Experience working with stock rotation
  • Previous interaction with hauliers and Transport companies
