Vickerstock are working with a successful organisation based in Belfast recruit for a part time Customer Service Representative to join their team on a permanent basis.

The hours are part time 1.30 - 5pm Monday to Friday

Your new role as a Customer Service Representative

  • To respond to customer enquiries related to distribution of goods
  • Processing information
  • Liaising with Sales Representatives
  • Ensuring all documentation is processed correctly
  • Calling customers to ensure orders are correct
  • Resolve problems/complaints to customer`s satisfaction in a timely fashion and ensure root cause has been identified and communicated to relevant department for corrective action.

What you will need to succeed as a Customer Service Representative

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly motivated
