Vickerstock are proud to be partnering with a leading offsite fabrication company to recruit a Senior Document Controller for their growing team based in Dundalk.

Our client is a long-established market leader within the offsite prefabrication industry, delivering innovative solutions across Ireland, the UK, and Europe. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking to appoint a Senior Document Controller to support their expanding project portfolio.

Senior Document Controller - Key Details

  • Location: Dundalk

  • Hours: Mon - Thurs 8:00am - 5:00pm | Fri 8:00am - 3:00pm

  • Contract: Permanent

  • Salary: Competitive, depending on experience


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain document control systems and procedures across the business.

  • Support and train project and site teams on document management processes and software.

  • Lead document management for active projects using Viewpoint for Projects (CDE) and Field View.

  • Coordinate document transmittals with clients and ensure accurate information distribution.

  • Report on document control KPIs and support project teams with documentation issues.

  • Continuously improve document control procedures to support company growth.


What You'll Need:

Essential:

  • Proven experience in document control, ideally within construction, engineering, or manufacturing.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.

  • Experience supporting and training teams on document control systems.

  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.

  • Ability to work closely with senior management and coordinate teams.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of Viewpoint for Projects (4P) CDE and Field View.

  • Site-based document management experience.
