Ecologist | Northern Ireland

Vickerstock are working with a boutique planning and environmental consultancy to support in the recruitment of an experienced Ecologist to further enhance their already significant service offering. Although still in their infancy, this organisation is already considered to be one of the foremost experts across the island of Ireland, with projects covering a variety of built environment sectors.

Your new role as an Ecologist

This is a newly created role, driven by the ambition to provide a fully rounded service for their clients. You will work within a small team to undertake ecological design, surveys and reporting that is fully compliant with all relevant legislation and guidance, while implementing effective and innovative

solutions to meet technical standards and project requirements.

What you will need to succeed as an Ecologist;

• 5+ years relevant experience working as an Ecologist
• Membership of the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (CIEEM) or similar professional body.
• You will have extensive knowledge of policy, professional standards and regulations in the UK and ROI.
