Vickerstock are proudly working in partnership with our client based in Belfast who is a manufacturer of forward-thinking, cutting-edge mining/drilling equipment to assist with the recruitment of an Electrical Technician

They are currently in a phase of expansion and development and are seeking an Electrical Technician to become part of their expanding workforce. This presents an exciting opportunity for individuals with an Electrical background who aspire to contribute and advance within a distinctive organisation committed to innovation and sustainability.

The day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Resolving wiring issues on machinery.
• Understanding and implementing electrical schematics.
• Crafting electrical harnesses and wiring setups.
• Ensuring the accuracy of electrical designs and product specifications.
• Engaging in discussions regarding product development and collaborating with engineering groups.
• Ensuring compliance with assembly procedures and regulations.
• Recording manufacturing processes and optimal engineering techniques.
• Providing support to the mechanical team when necessary.

Requirements

• A third level Electrical qualification.
• 18th edition wiring regulations.
• Experience carrying out factory installations.
