Role: Site Engineer

Location: Galway City

Project: Medium-scale residential comprising 113 houses, 43 apartments

Duration: Works have just recently started on site and are due to continue for 2 years. The contractor is in the process of securing further developments in the area

Vickerstock are working in partnership with a leading Irish Contractor to appoint a Site Engineer. You will work on a residential site in Galway, reporting in to a Senior Engineer & Project Manager

Your new role as Site Engineer

Coordinate site drawings.

Setting out across the site.

Monitor the work of sub-contractors.

Complete setting out for the site team and sub-contractors.

Monitor ground works and contractors.

Quality checks of subcontractor works.

Maintain records and documentation.

What you'll need to be a successful Site Engineer

Previous experience as a Site Engineer.

Residential or Commercial contracting experience

A CSCS card

Level 8 Engineering qualification.

RC frame experience is beneficial
