Vickerstock are working in partnership with a Main Contractor on the appointment of a Facade Foreman for their Cork City site

The project

You will work on an apartment development of c.450 units.

*This role is ready for a January 2026 start.*

Your new role as Facade Foreman

• Management of all works relating to facades, including coordination of scaffolding, management of external windows & doors, curtain walls, masonry support, brickwork, blockwork and rendering
• Oversee daily site operations and monitor project progress
• Manage and coordinate site labour, subcontractors, and trades
• Participate in site meetings and liaise with the wider project team
• Ensure all works are completed to specification through continuous site inspections
• Report weekly on project delivery and site performance

What you'll need to be successful as Facade Foreman

• Previous experience working on apartment developments is essential for this position
• Trade background
• Subcontractor management experience
