Finishing Foreman

The Site: A mixture of low-rise apartments and 2-4 bed homes

Vickerstock is partnering with one of Ireland's leading residential contractors to hire a Finishing Foreman for a large-scale housing project.

The Role

• Oversee site safety and quality
• Manage subcontractors and daily site operations
• Track progress and report weekly
• Inspect works from foundations to final finishes
• Support site meetings and ensure project targets are met
• Take part in Toolbox talks & sign off trade work
• Promote health & safety on site
• Complete subcontractor inductions
• Manage snagging process & unit handovers

What You'll Need

• Trade background
• Experience as a Finishing Foreman on a medium-to-large-scale development
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Proven track record with contractors and housing projects
