Vickerstock are working in partnership with a leading provider of backup power solutions to a wide range of customers all over Northern Ireland, covering several sectors.

You will be joining a highly trained and experienced team and working for an organization with over 20 years' experience in their field who pride themselves on their reputation for reliability and delivering high quality results to their client base, as well as investing heavily in the continued development of their employees. You will find yourself working alongside a team of technically astute and supportive colleagues who embrace a positive team culture.

Your Responsibilities as a Field Service Engineer;

• Working on a range of UPS battery systems
• To provide a professional and efficient repair and maintenance service to their customers
• Provide customer satisfaction through excellent workmanship and attitude.
• Facilitate machine installation and moves.
• Fault diagnosis, problem solving and corrective actions.

As a Field Service Engineer, ideally you will;

• Have an electrical qualification.
• Enjoy meeting people, be reliable, trustworthy and well-presented.
• Be confidential, demonstrate integrity and discretion with company knowledge.
• Be able to deal with customer/members of the public on a daily basis.
• Be able to work under your own initiative, but also contribute to the wider team.
• Possess good verbal communication skills.
