Vickerstock are working in partnership with a well-established property developer to appoint 2 Foremen

This is initially a 1 year contract, but with plans to extend that further to additional projects.

The Project

A €90m residential and commercial project up to 14 storeys, including a few basement levels, in Dublin.

What you'll need to be successful as a Foreman

Previous foreman experience
Strong knowledge of groundworks, structural steel, concrete and other aspects of construction.
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Valid Safe Pass, Manual Handling, and relevant tickets.

Good qualifications to have

Trade background or relevant degree
First Aid and Managing Safely certifications
High rise residential experience

Your role as Foreman

Supervise on-site construction
Coordinate subcontractors and site workers
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Monitor project progress and resolve issues
Maintain site records
Manage site logistics including plant and materials.
