Graduate Civil Engineer | Cork

At Vickerstock, we are delighted to be working with a one of Northern Ireland's largest design consultancies to support in the recruitment of a Graduate Civil Engineer. This growing organisation is expanding its workload with the recent introduction of its newly established ROI-based subsidiary. With its upcoming pipeline of exciting projects, this consultancy has the ability to deliver high value, highly successful civil engineering schemes. As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will become a valued member of their impressive water/wastewater team.

Your new role as a Graduate Civil Engineer

As Graduate Civil Engineer, you will work directly with experienced chartered engineers, preparing drawings and reports in accordance with company design standards. You will have the opportunity to communicate with both clients and stakeholders, fulfilling programme coordination and management duties.

What you will need to succeed as a Graduate Civil Engineer (don't worry you will still be considered if you don't have some/all of these)

• BSc degree in relevant engineering discipline (Equivalent to level 8 in the Irish NFQ)
• 1+ year of experience working on civil engineering or water projects (includes placement year)
• Experience using CAD OR GIS platforms
