Have you recently graduated with a Bachelors degree, HND or BTEC in a Construction related field and looking for an opportunity to launch your career in the industry?

As a result of internal progression, the opportunity has arisen for a Graduate to join our client's response maintenance contracts team. This is a fantastic step for anyone looking to strengthen their Commercial skills within an evolving company, providing comprehensive services across Social Housing, Construction & Fit-out, Facilities Management and M&E projects.

Your new role

Working with Junior and Senior colleagues, reporting to the Head of Contracts, you will contribute to the successful management of all commercial aspects of individual projects.

You will apply the skills and knowledge gained throughout your studies while carrying out a full range of QS responsibilities, ensuring commercial and contractual targets are being achieved.

The hours of work Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm, and involve time spent in the office with your team, as well as site visits across the province.
