We are recruiting for Graduates across several disciplines including:

• Farms
• Production
• Technical
• Engineering

With recent investment in their facilities in both Armagh and Monaghan they are keen to grow and expand with the recruitment of Graduates/Trainees on both sites. Successful candidates will report to the Operations Manager and will develop an understanding of the food production and manufacturing industry across Farms, Production, Technical and Engineering. You will support activities to drive continuous improvement and deliver the highest standards demanded by retailers.

What you will need to succeed:

• Degree/3rd Level qualification (or equivalent) in Agriculture, Horticulture, Food Science, Engineering or a closely related subject
• Knowledge/certification in Food Safety and Retail standards
• Passion for Food and a real desire to work within this fast paced industry
• Highly competent numeracy, literacy, and problem-solving skills
• Pro-active and forward-thinking mind-set
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer focused
• Target/KPI driven
• Good IT skills (MS Office)
• Driving licence

*Please note salary will be in Sterling or Euro depending on location*
