Vickerstock are excited to be working in partnership with our leading Food Manufacturing client who are consistently improving and introducing new measures to improve their processes and products, due to this they are seeking for a Head of Planning to join them at their impressive state of the art factory in County Cavan.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, you will be fully accountable for all factory planning related activities as well as long term planning and forecasting. This will involve working closely with key stakeholders including the agriculture, operations, logistics, procurement, engineering, sales, NPD and technical teams. You will liaise with colleagues in a collaborative manner to ensure the right product is coming into the business at the right time to the product specification to meet the overall customer demand ensuring a high service level is adhered to at all times.

We are looking for:

• 10 years' experience in FMCG/Supply Chain/Production Planning/Scheduling
• Knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning
• High degree of competency in excel.
• Strong skills as a negotiator to reach consensus, alignment and commitment to a plan.
• Exceptional organisation and time management skills
