Vickerstock are delighted to be working in partnership with our global client within the FMCG industry who are dedicated to delivering excellent high-quality products to customers. With a strong commitment to excellence and innovation, they have established themselves as a key player in the market and as they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Administrator to join the team based in Cavan.

The role is for 12 months with possible extension.

As HR Administrator you will work with cross functional Departments. The Head of HR will look to you for all administration tasks around key KPI's on all aspects of HR.

Your new role as a HR Administrator will include:

  • Performance related metrics around recruitment, on-boarding, retention, engagement, wellbeing and absence management.
  • Ensuring Company records are maintained and up to date.
  • Training & Development systems and co-ordination with Head of HR.
  • Administration tasks around aspects of HR

What you'll need to succeed as a HR Administrator
* Experience working within a FMCG/Production an advantage
* Excellent Administrative Experience
* High level of IT/Excel/Power Point and organisation administration skills in an FMCG Environment
* Experience in the Live Food Operations sector preferable
* Excellent organisational and communication skills, both written and verbally.
* Excellent administrative and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise and deliver against deadlines.
* Self-motivated and able to act on own initiative.
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
