HR Generalist
Toomebridge
Vickerstock are working alongside a leading engineering client based in Toomebridge to recruit a HR Generalist to join their busy team on a permanent basis. The HR Generalist will work alongside the HR Manager.
The HR Generalist will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Coordinating and delivering effective employee onboarding and training of employees
- Managing performance evaluation processes and providing guidance and support to managers on performance issues
- Providing advice and guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures
- Managing employee relations issues
- Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
- Providing HR-related reports and data analysis to the management team
The HR Generalist should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Minimum 2 years' experience within Human Resources
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- CIPD qualification or working towards the qualification would be desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
