HR Generalist

Toomebridge

Vickerstock are working alongside a leading engineering client based in Toomebridge to recruit a HR Generalist to join their busy team on a permanent basis. The HR Generalist will work alongside the HR Manager.

The HR Generalist will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Coordinating and delivering effective employee onboarding and training of employees
  • Managing performance evaluation processes and providing guidance and support to managers on performance issues
  • Providing advice and guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures
  • Managing employee relations issues
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
  • Providing HR-related reports and data analysis to the management team

The HR Generalist should be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience within Human Resources
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • CIPD qualification or working towards the qualification would be desirable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail
