HRIS Analyst

  • Competitive base salary ranging from £33,670-44,893 dependent upon experience

What will you do as a HRIS Analyst?

As the HRIS Analyst, you will be become an essential part within the HR Department and directly report into the Head of Total Reward and HR Systems to manage the company's HR Systems. Duties will include;

  • Responsible for managing the implementation of a new HRIS system and ensure all existing HR systems are maintained during the period of transition and any upcoming Human Resources related IT migration activities.
  • Manage existing relationships with internal and external company stakeholders
  • Take ownership of the annual performance management process and it is communicated and complied by all members of staff.
  • Skilled in analysing employee data to produce insightful trends to be utilised in strategic decision making at Directorate Level.
  • Responsible for automating and digitalising Human Resources Services and company processes by utilising a variety of digital platforms.
  • Manage a small team of analysts

What will you require as the HRIS Analyst?

As the HRIS Analyst, you will be required to have;

  • Minimum of degree level qualification in HR related, Business or Information Systems
  • Skilled in devising, implementing and testing HR or Payroll Systems
  • Obtained knowledge and experienced within collecting data, data cleansing and analysis etc
  • Proficient in utilising Microsoft Excel and Power BI
