Vickerstock are working in partnership with a manufacturing firm based in the Dungannon area on the appointment of a Information Systems Specialist.

Reporting directly to the Director of Information Systems, you will be responsible for supporting the business over 2 sites assisting with any ERP issues and queries whilst developing additional functionality not provided by package software.

This is a hybrid role with plenty of flexibility.

In your new role:

• Provide end-user support for all aspects of the ERP
• Work as a liaison between users and ERP support representatives as needed
• Configure, implement, and support content management and workflow application solutions
• Develop processes and procedures for varying end-user applications on behalf of process owners
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to, and enforcing, all safety procedures and policies inside and outside the facility, including use of personal protective and company equipment as required

What you will need to succeed:

• Bachelors degree in related field
• At least 3 years experience working in a similar/business application support role
• Experience supporting ERP in a business analyst or programming role
