Internal Sales Support Advisor

We are working on behalf of a leading employer based in Mallusk, to recruit for an Internal Sales Support Advisor on a permanent basis. The role will be full time hours.

The Internal Sales Support Advisor role will provide sales and service to a wide range of building providers and contractors.

Your new role as an Internal Sales Support Advisor will include:

  • Provide clear, informative, and expert advice to customers
  • Ensuring that all admin and reporting is conducted to strict deadlines and in accordance with the required processes and procedures
  • Entering orders onto the system
  • Providing order confirmations
  • Developing relationships with customers
  • Compiling reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

What you'll need to succeed as an Internal Sales Support Advisor:

  • Experience within sales support or trade counter
  • Relevant customer service experience with a proven track record
  • Excellent phone manner and the ability to resolve assigned queries
  • Proficient in MS Office to include Excel
  • Ability to work effectively using own initiative, good planning and organisation skills
  • Must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
