Vickerstock are working in partnership with a manufacturing firm based in the Dungannon area on the appointment of an IT Business analyst.

You will play a key role with the implementation of a new MRP system, whilst being at the forefront of ensuring a seamless and transformative IT experience, driving usage and efficiency.

In your new role:

• Frequently liaise with internal staff and stakeholders providing technical expertise to provide tailored solutions, guidance, and training in line with best practices/use of the systems they currently operate
• Keep up to date with the latest IT trends and technologies
• Project requirements gathering, documentation and sourcing of systems/third parties who can deliver on the requirements
• Carry out process improvement projects to improve processes, procedures, and platform products to enhance service delivery, improve security and efficiency
• Educate clients on best practices for IT security and product usage - including SolidWorks, Office 365, PowerBI, Sage 200, Reporting and analysis

What you will need to succeed:

• A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
• Proven track record of success of delivering projects efficiently
