Maintenance Engineer (Electrical or Automation)

Schedule: 3 nights of 12-hour shifts + 4 days off (nightshift)

As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll be a key player in the engineering team, upholding high standards and pushing for excellence. You'll collaborate with a skilled, multi-disciplinary team that's all about problem-solving, continuous improvement, and delivering results. This role offers hands-on experience with world-class automation and electrical systems, plus the chance to grow into a leadership position.
Core Duties

• Report to the Maintenance Supervisor and collaborate with multi-skilled technicians, apprentices, and contractors.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and automation systems throughout the production facility
• Conduct preventive maintenance to maximize equipment performance and minimize downtime
• Identify and implement improvements in electrical and automation systems
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Adhere to health & safety regulations and maintain strict food safety standards

Your Profile

• Certified Industrial Electrician, Automation Technician, or equivalent technical background
• Hands-on experience with PLCs, automation tech, and electrical installations
• Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• A team player who's proactive and solution-oriented
• Willingness to learn and grow into a leadership role over time
