Multi-skilled Engineer
Type: Full-time
Shift: 12 hour Shift - Days & Nights
Location: Fife
A large, well-invested food manufacturing business is seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join its growing production site in Rosyth.

Role Overview
You will provide frontline engineering support to production, responding to breakdowns and system defects to maximise uptime, maintain safety standards, and efficient production output.
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver planned preventative maintenance
• Respond rapidly to breakdowns and defects, prioritising safety
• Diagnose faults and carry out servicing and repairs
• Oversee external contractors conducting repair work
• Complete shift, time usage, and defect reports
• Identify and recommend reliability and efficiency improvements
• Maintain compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality procedures
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

Your Profile

• Fully multi-skilled (mechanical and electrical)
• Minimum SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in a relevant engineering discipline
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability
• With FMCG or food manufacturing experience
• Positive, resilient, and adaptable mindset
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
