Vickerstock are proud to be working with our client who is a leading manufacturer of high volume-high quality products with a wide-ranging global customer base. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join a well-recognised organisation that continues to grow and expand.

The role itself;

• Testing and Inspecting site Machinery to identify faults and following up with any necessary remedial actions.
• Ensuring that Machinery is operating safely.
• Assist with the installation of new site Machinery.
• Respond to breakdowns in a timely manner to minimise downtime and ensure that factory operations run smoothly.
• Keeping accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Liaison with outside contractors when necessary.

What you'll need;

• At least 2 years previous maintenance experience in a high-speed production Environment.
• Strong knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical and Pneumatic systems.
• Engineering Qualification.
• Strong working knowledge of health and safety within Manufacturing.
• Ability to work well with others, as well as alone unsupervised.
