Maintenance Engineer (£40k, Days)

£40k- Day shift

Vickerstock are working in partnership with our client based in Portadown to recruit a Maintenance Engineer. Our client is a forward thinking company that is always looking at new ways to invest in staff, machinery and new products.

Key Responsibilities;

• Rapid response to production breakdowns
• Routine Maintenance.
• Work with engineers to perform tasks.
• Create and Improve Automated Processes
• Review an assembly line.
• Ensure the welding processes is efficient on the assembly line.
• Maintain record systems.
• Test, troubleshoot and make the needed adjustments.

Knowledge/ Experience/ Academic Requirements;

• Ideally you will have experience within an Engineering or Manufacturing Environment.
• Excellent fault-finding skills.
• Someone who can perform high quality root cause analysis for technical and process issues.
• Ability to work autonomously and with colleagues.
• Ability to use electrical, pneumatic and mechanical drawings to aid problem solving.
