Maintenance Planner

Vickerstock are delighted to be working a very successful client on the recruitment of a Maintenance Planner for their site in Crumlin on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Maintenance Planner will be responsible for administration and ensuring all systems are kept up to date. This role is based in an office environment and is full time.

The Maintenance Planner will be responsible for:

• Maintenance schedules for Moving and Static Plants
• Monitoring all operator checks
• Monitoring and recording routine maintenance checks and preventative maintenance
• Managing the Maintenance Inbox
• Management of plant lists
• Requesting the service sheets, job cards from External contractors on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Internal audits conduct internal audits on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis on all performance aspects.
• Monitoring the Site access of all contractors ensuring all contractors have up to date RAMS/Insurance etc.
• Communicating all plant movement to Insurance company in a timely manner.
• Control and monitor maintenance documents (in-house and outsourced).

What you will need to succeed as a Maintenance Planner with this organisation:

• Previous experience Mechanical/Electrical background.
• Knowledge of maintenance terminology
• Strong Administrative skills
• Competent using MS Office, in particular, MS Excel
• Strong communication skills
