Manufacturing Engineer

Salary £32,000 to £35,000

Vickerstock are working in partnership with one of NI's most exciting and innovative engineering companies for the appointment of a Manufacturing Engineer. This firm is making a huge impact in their industry and are going from strength to strength with massive growth plans over the next few years.

Your new role

• Design and develop manufacturing processes for new products.
• Identify areas for process improvement and work with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
• Use design for manufacture methodologies to ensure products are designed to be produced efficiently.
• Develop BOMs for manufactured products and update them as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with documentation standards, including Engineering Change Requests, and document control procedures.
• Design and implement testing and quality control procedures.
• Work with production to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.

What you'll need

• A degree in an engineering related field
• 2 years' experience in a similar manufacturing engineering role
• Familiarity with design for manufacture principles
• Strong CAD experience
