Mechanical Construction Manager (Building services)

Vickerstock are working in conjunction with an established M&E sub-contractor to recruit an experienced Mechanical construction Manager to join their team in Banbridge.

Our client is a market leader within the building services industry as they provide commercial heating solutions across sectors which include Commercial, Healthcare, Industrial and Education. They have gone from strength to strength in recent years and have and have a progressive approach to projects for clients, offering BIM enabled services and high-quality delivery. Having secured a number of upcoming contracts as well as their continued expansion plans, they are seeking an experienced a mechanical Construction Manager to join their team.

Mechanical Construction Manager Duties

Working closely with project teams and M&E Design teams you will be responsible for installation of projects, working closely with sub-contractors to ensure quality & programme standards met. You will attend site meetings 1-2 days per week.

Mechanical Construction Manager Criteria:

• 5 years' experience in a similar role
• 3rd level qualification in a Building/Construction Related discipline
• Must have experience in commercial, industrial, educational areas on both public and private tenders
