Job description
Parts Administrator
We are working with a leading employer to recruit for a Parts Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis based in Toome. The Parts Administrator will provide sales and support administration to the team and will provide a vital link between the customer and operations.
Hours of work - Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 17:00 and Friday 08:00 to 15:00
Your new role as a Parts Administrator
- To ensure accurate processing of purchase and sales orders on Exchequer to agreed delivery dates to serve the aftermarket
- Production of reorder level reports in Excel from raw data exported from system.
- To work closely with depots to minimise lead times and ensure stock availability.
- To update action the backorder report.
- Effective communication with depots for the delivery of key performance indicators.
- Investigating delivery discrepancies and part non-conformances.
- KPI reporting to the management team.
What you'll need to succeed as a Parts Administrator
- A proven track record in administration
- Experience using Excel
- CRM experience
- Strong Customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong relationship building
- A team player who can also work independently.
