Parts Administrator

We are working with a leading employer to recruit for a Parts Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis based in Toome. The Parts Administrator will provide sales and support administration to the team and will provide a vital link between the customer and operations.

Hours of work - Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 17:00 and Friday 08:00 to 15:00

Your new role as a Parts Administrator

  • To ensure accurate processing of purchase and sales orders on Exchequer to agreed delivery dates to serve the aftermarket
  • Production of reorder level reports in Excel from raw data exported from system.
  • To work closely with depots to minimise lead times and ensure stock availability.
  • To update action the backorder report.
  • Effective communication with depots for the delivery of key performance indicators.
  • Investigating delivery discrepancies and part non-conformances.
  • KPI reporting to the management team.

  • A proven track record in administration
  • Experience using Excel
  • CRM experience
  • Strong Customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong relationship building
  • A team player who can also work independently.
