Your new role as a Planning Project Manager
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the planning process across a portfolio of high-profile residential and mixed-use projects. Working closely with internal teams and external consultants, you'll lead projects from early-stage site feasibility through to successful planning approvals, ensuring alignment with strategic and regulatory frameworks.

What you will need to succeed as a Planning Project Manager
To be considered for this role, you should have:

• A background in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related discipline
• 5+ years' experience in the planning or property development sector
• Strong project management skills and familiarity with Irish planning legislation
• Experience in residential or mixed-use developments is highly desirable
