Process Engineer

Greater Belfast

Salary up to £35,000

Vickerstock are working in partnership with one of NI's top 100 employers to recruit a Process Engineer based in their Greater Belfast site. Our client is a leading supplier of automotive components with customers across the globe with expansion plans in place

Your new role

• Monitor daily production and carry out troubleshooting.
• Develop and execute programs to improve productivity.
• Review customer rejects, implement action to prevent reoccurrence and meet with the customer if necessary to resolve problems.
• Practice good housekeeping and safety procedures
• Participate with team working, information sharing and continuous improvement programmes
• Create and edit CNC programs; edit functions on machining centres
• Visit customers and suppliers when required

What you'll need

• Third level qualification in an engineering discipline
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings
• Experience in a manufacturing engineering environment
