Vickerstock are excited to be partnered with our award winning FMCG client who are seeking to appoint an experienced Production Shift Manager to join the team at their state-of-the-art factory based in Ballyconnell.

With 5 production sites across the whole of Ireland you will be joining a well-established company who are genuinely interested in the success of the employees within the business.

Reporting to the Factory Manager you will have responsibility for leading your shift to achieve profit and performance targets set by the Factory Manager.

We are looking for:

• Previous Production Management experience within food/FMCG manufacturing
• Proven people management experience (performance reviews, coaching, training and disciplinary procedures etc)

Although not essential it would be great if you also had:

• HACCP qualification
• IOSH qualification
• Food Processing knowledge

This role will be working on a shift pattern (more information at application stage) and salary in return will be based around your skills and experience.
