Production Manager | Derrylin

Vickerstock are partnering with our award winning FMCG client who are seeking to appoint an experienced Production Shift Manager to join the team at their premises based in Derrylin, Co. Fermanagh.

With 5 production sites across the whole of Ireland you will be joining a well-established company who are genuinely interested in the success of the employees within the business.

Your day to day as the successful Production Manager:
Reporting to the Factory Manager you will have responsibility for leading your shift to achieve profit and performance targets set by the Factory Manager.

Core responsibilities include:

• People Management
• Production performance and KPIs
• Technical
• Health & Safety
• Environment

Your Essential Ingredients:

• Previous Production Management experience within food/FMCG manufacturing
• Proven people management experience (performance reviews, coaching, training and disciplinary procedures etc)

And although not essential it would be great if you also had:

• HACCP qualification
• IOSH qualification
• Food Processing knowledge
