Vickerstock are working in partnership with our client who are a leading food production company dedicated to delivering high-quality products to customers. With a focus on innovation, efficiency, and sustainability, they are committed to excellence in every aspect of all operations.

As a Production Manager you will oversee the manufacturing processes and ensure efficient production of food products. You will be responsible for leading a team of production staff, managing production schedules, optimising processes, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
You must have

• Previous production management experience within Food/FMCG industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working hours will be a permanent evening shift, Monday - Friday 4pm to 1am. There may be the odd requirement to work a Saturday (very few). Salary in return will be €50k -€55k depending on skills and experience.
