Vickerstock are excited to be working in partnership with our leading Food Manufacturing client who are consistently improving and introducing new measures to improve their processes and products, due to this they need a highly motivated Production Manager to join them at their impressive state of the art factory in County Cavan.

Reporting to the Unit Manager you will have full responsibility for the day to day operations on your shift ensuring the department runs efficiently, at maximum capacity and all KPI's are on target.

You must have

• Previous management experience within a food production environment
• Strong understanding of employee performance
• Knowledge of Lean management and continuous improvement techniques
• Knowledge of human resource principles and practices / health and safety standards and compliance

Working hours will be Monday- Friday 16.30 to 12.30am, they also ask for flexibility for some weekend & Public Holiday work when needed. Salary in return will be negotiable depending on skills and experience.
