Vickerstock are excited to be partnered with our award winning FMCG client who are seeking to appoint an experienced Production Shift Manager to join the team at their state-of-the-art factory based in Derrylin.

With 5 production sites across the whole of Ireland you will be joining a well-established company who are genuinely interested in the success of the employees within the business.

Reporting to the Factory Manager you will have responsibility for leading your shift to achieve profit and performance targets set by the Factory Manager.

We are looking for:

• Previous Production Management experience within food/FMCG manufacturing
• Proven people management experience (performance reviews, coaching, training and disciplinary procedures etc)

Shift rotation:

• 6am to 6pm x4
• 2 days off
• 6pm to 6am x4
• 2 days off
