Your day to day as Production Manager.

As the successful Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of products while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. This position is a critical leadership role that requires a candidate with a proven track record of success in production management.

Your Essential Ingredients

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Food Science, Operations Management, or Business
• Proven track record of success in production management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and food safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High proficiency in using production management software/tools.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet production demands.
