Your day to day as Production Manager.
As the successful Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of products while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. This position is a critical leadership role that requires a candidate with a proven track record of success in production management.

Your Essential Ingredients
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Food Science, Operations Management, or Business
- Proven track record of success in production management, preferably in a leadership role.

- Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High proficiency in using production management software/tools.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet production demands.
