Production Supervisor

Monday - Friday Day Shift
4 Day Week (40 hours, option for 5-day week also)
Salary €40,000 + Bonus

As a Production Supervisor you will join a growing and dynamic team and lead the way in ensuring the production processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key duties

• Accomplish manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations.
• Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintain workflow by monitoring each steps of the process.
• Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel.
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Ensure operation of equipment by calling for repairs.
• Provide manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analysing production performance records and data.
• Resolve personnel problems by analysing data.

You must have a minimum of a years' experience supervising a team within a manufacturing facility, food experience/background is preferred but not essential.

Working hours

• 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
• Option for 4-day week, 10-hour shifts
• Also, option for 5-day week, 8-hour shifts
