Project Engineer

Project Engineer (Electrical, Mechanical or Software / PLC specialisms considered) - Multiple positions available
Site Location is Derry / Londonderry, however flexibility to work from home or being office based is available - once initial induction / training is completed - After 4-6 months
Full time permanent role - Monday to Friday daytime hours

The role of Project Engineer is reporting to the Project Team Leader

Main tasks and responsibilities of the Project Engineer position:

  • Preparation of design drawings and documentation in line with specification requirements
  • Preparation of Material Take-off lists generated from Design drawings
  • Liaison with Company Project Management Team

What you'll need to succeed within this Project Engineer position:

  • 3rd level qualified - preferably in an electrical or mechanical or PLC Programming discipline
  • A minimum of 2 years on a Project Engineer position within electrical, mechanical or PLC projects
  • Proven ability to effectively work to project time constraints, costings / budgets and quality standards.
  • Excellent time management, people management, communication and problem-solving skills
