The Role - Project Engineer or Project Manager (Fluent French Speaker)

  • Manage multiple customer-facing projects from initiation to delivery
  • Ensure projects meet scope, timelines, quality standards, and budgets
  • Primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Operate in a structured, process-driven framework
  • Cover both operational and strategic projects of varying complexity
  • Role can be based in Cookstown (Tyrone) or North Belfast

Key Responsibilities - Project Engineer or Project Manager (Fluent French Speaker)

  • Deliver projects in line with project management frameworks and best practice
  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Align expectations between stakeholders
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and variations
  • Monitor costs and take corrective actions when required
  • Facilitate project close-out including snagging and handover
  • Communicate progress clearly to internal and external stakeholders
  • Escalate risks, issues, and scope changes appropriately
  • Support continuous improvement and strong health & safety culture

Essential Criteria - Project Engineer or Project Manager (Fluent French Speaker)

  • Degree or equivalent experience in relevant discipline
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an Engineering or Project Engineering / Management type of role - Training can be given
  • Proven experience managing customer - facing engineering or manufacturing projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and commercial elements
  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is essential
