Night Shift Supervisor (Food)

Vickerstock are proud to be partnering our Food Manufacturing Client - who are hugely passionate about their products and the people who produce them - with the appointment of a Night Shift Supervisor for their facility based near Lisburn

What we offer

• Up to £32,448 depending on experience
• 40hours per week - Sunday to Thursday 10pm-6/6.30pm.

Your responsibilities on Night Shift

• Ensure the production team are properly instructed in the care and safe operation of equipment
• Liaise with production manager on production plans to ensure constant flow of production.
• Review records and procedures to ensure proper use of time and materials - ensuring all traceability information is completed.
• Perform continuous inspection of product to ensure quality
• Ensure all equipment is in good operating condition
• Promotes positive employee relations and interdepartmental communication and cooperation.
• Ensure employee compliance with company rules
• Assist with employee training and performance reviews
• Make recommendations on disciplinary action and otherwise participates in the disciplinary action process as necessary
• Fulfilment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures.

(please note this is a Night Shift role Sunday to Thursday 10pm-6/6.30pm).

Your essential ingredients:

• Proven experience leading a Team within a fast-paced Food manufacturing environment
• Ability to coach, develop and mentor your team to achieve company goals
• Strong communication skills
