As the Quality Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the high standards of our client's products. You will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise will help drive the company's commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

What you will need to succeed:

• Proven experience in quality management within the food industry.
• Working effectively with other key functions: operations, technical, hygiene team, to ensure all aspects of duties carried out.
• Ability to lead by example and be comfortable coaching those who are not achieving the standards expected.
• Actively enjoys taking on new challenges and being creative.
• Takes ownership and responsibility of all issues and tasks they encounter.
• Motivated to do all tasks to the highest standards with an ability to inspire others to do the same.
• Good working knowledge of word and excel are essential.
• Flexible approach to working hours covering the needs of the business.
• To undertake other appropriate duties as deemed necessary within the scope of the role.
• Initiative to drive and meet targets.
