Your new role as an Quantity Surveyor

Working in conjunction with a highly experienced commercial team, you will carry out all expected QS duties to ensure a successful project is delivered, while maintaining relationships, maximising commercial returns and managing risk. This includes the efficient and accurate management and reporting of the relevant documentation, forecasts and targets. Demonstrating strong negotiation and commercial influencing skills, you will liaise regularly with site management teams while upholding the company's interests, reputation and future partnerships.

What you will need to succeed as a Quantity Surveyor

  • Hold a Third Level Qualification in a relevant subject or demonstrate significant professional experience in the below requirements;
  • Two or more years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil/residential/commercial construction projects
  • Two or more years' experience in report writing, forecast planning and engaging with clients and senior leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
