Are you a qualified Quantity Surveyor with experience in response or planned maintenance, looking for an opportunity to develop your career in the construction industry?

As a result of internal progression, the opportunity has arisen for a QS to join our client's response maintenance contracts team. This is a fantastic step for anyone looking to strengthen their commercial management skills within an evolving company. Providing comprehensive services across Social Housing, Construction & Fit-out, Facilities Management and M&E projects.

  • You have been working within a Quantity Surveying role or similar for 2 or more years.

Your new role

Working with Senior colleagues and reporting to the Head of Contracts, you will provide successful management of all commercial aspects of individual projects.

You will apply the skills and knowledge gained throughout your career thus far, carrying out a full range of QS responsibilities and ensuring commercial/contractual targets are being achieved.

You will have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable supporting junior/apprentice team members where necessary.

The hours of work Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm, and involve time spent in the office with your team, as well as site visits across the province.
