Receptionist/ Administrator


Vickerstock are recruiting for a Receptionist for a leading manufacturer based in Toomebridge to cover a 12 month maternity contract.

The hours of work are : Monday to Thursday - 0830am - 5pm and Friday - 08.30am - 2.30pm

Your new role as a Receptionist with administration

  • Provide reception duties - meeting and greeting staff and visitors
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence
  • Create maintain and update records and databases
  • Track and maintain stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Provide general support to visitors - refreshments, sign in details
  • Address employees queries regarding office management issues

What you'll need to succeed as a Receptionist with administration

  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite essential
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Ability to work to deadlines and within time frames
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
